What we can help with

Shield is a small project, so the best way to get a fast, useful reply is to tell us which of these your message is about:

• Suggest a calculator. Want a tool we don't have yet — disability, umbrella, pet, annuity, long-term care, or something state-specific? Send the idea and we'll prioritize the most-requested ones.
• Report a calculation issue. If a number looks off, include the calculator name, the exact inputs you entered, and what you expected versus what you saw. We take accuracy seriously and fix confirmed errors quickly.
• Bug or broken page. A button not working, a chart not rendering, or a link that 404s? Tell us the page URL and the device/browser you used.
• Privacy question. Anything about how (or rather, how little) data we handle — see our privacy policy.
• Partner or press. Affiliate programs, content partnerships, or coverage — use the same email with "Partnership" in the subject.

A note on privacy

Every Shield calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter for an estimate are never sent to us or stored on any server — so there's no need to include sensitive personal details (Social Security numbers, full names, account numbers) in your email. If you're reporting a calculation, approximate inputs are enough.
